Therapy offers a space to pause, slow things down, and better understand the emotional and relational landscape of your life. My approach is collaborative and reflective. Together, we can get curious about what has shaped you, what keeps certain patterns in place, and what might help you move toward greater connection, self-understanding, and agency.
I draw from existential, attachment-oriented, psychodynamic, and systemic perspectives, attuning the work to the unique needs and experiences of each person or couple with whom I work. I believe therapy can help reduce distress while also creating room for creativity, playfulness, purpose, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I work with pre-adolescents ages 9–12, adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, identity development, school and peer stress, self-criticism, emotional disconnection, and life transitions.
My goal is to offer a warm, thoughtful space where you feel deeply heard, gently challenged, and ultimately supported as you make sense of your experience and begin to relate to yourself and others in new ways.
